This was a simple project to understand how Javascript and the DOM interacted with one another. I was also able to further my understanding of Javascript logic after I completed this tutorial.
Check It OutDogger, formally known as Frogger, was a fun project I made for initially following a PDF guide. After learning more about Media Queries, I completely redesigned the project to be fully responsive and implemented touch controls for mobile.
Check It OutI created The Weather Checker to learn how to implement the Fetch API with my own projects. This uses your location data to make an API request on the back-end to the weather.gov API.
Check It OutHero Fight was my first major project. I started with a simple goal of being able to manipulate the DOM and it grew from there. It allowed me to create my own functions and really explore logic.
Check It OutTanya’s Place was my first full stack project. I originally intended to set up a simple C.R.U.D. blog website to learn how the front-end and back-end worked together and it grew from there. I use expressJS, MongoDB, Mongoose, Bcrypt password encryption and many other middle-wares to bring this project to life.
Check It OutI have been coding since late 2019. I started with a few projects from Youtube and PDF tutorials which cemented the basic skills needed to create my own projects. I built my own web server on a RaspberryPi and used Nginx and ExpressJS to host my own websites. I look forward to new challenges and projects to help grow my ever expanding programming knowledge.
